By using SkillsConverter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SkillsConverter is a tool that converts PDF documents (such as brand manuals, style guides, and playbooks) into machine-readable Agent Skill packs. The service extracts text, tables, and structure from your documents and generates JSON-based output files.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only upload documents you own or are authorized to process
Not upload illegal or harmful content
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
Not use automated tools to overload the service

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the PDFs you upload and the skill packs we generate. We claim no ownership over your content.

Our Service: The SkillsConverter software, algorithms, and website are owned by nuwai and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Refunds

Pricing: Prices are calculated based on document size (pages) and processing requirements (OCR). The final price is shown before payment.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once processing is complete. If you experience technical issues that prevent delivery, contact us for a full refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkillsConverter is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

Extraction errors or incomplete conversions
Loss of data or business interruption
Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific conversion in question.

8. AI-Powered Extraction Disclaimer

Important: SkillsConverter uses artificial intelligence (AI) to extract and interpret content from your documents. While we strive for accurate extraction, we expressly disclaim any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI extraction may misinterpret, omit, or incorrectly categorize content
Generated skill packs may not perfectly reflect the original document
Complex layouts, scanned documents, images, and unusual formatting may affect results
Color values, font specifications, and technical details should be manually verified

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated output before use. We accept no liability for any damages, losses, or issues arising from inaccuracies in the extracted content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Wollerau, Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland.
