The Problem
Digitalization has worked like this: months on the drawing board, then launch — and then the realization that daily reality grinds the system down faster than the budget would have allowed. On top of that, a SaaS industry building "average tools" for everyone, expecting every company, every team, and every role to conform to that average.
The result is predictable: new logins, new routines, new platforms, more context switching — and eventually, quiet ignorance. Not because people are "resistant." But because real work happens in real processes. In familiar tools. Under time pressure. With responsibilities that look different from team to team.
The gap opens exactly where software forces change instead of mapping the process. And yes — that includes the software that set out to solve this very problem.
Our Approach
We build on reality, not assumptions. AI isn't a feature for us — it's our development engine: we test early, measure early, and iterate in cycles shorter than most meetings. Mladen Drincic is the technical backbone of wowai. As CTO, he owns the entire system architecture and ensures that ambitious technology translates into reliable, scalable products. With over 20 years of experience building and operating mission-critical IT infrastructure, he brings the depth that enterprise software demands: multi-site environments, high availability, security-by-design, and rigorous automation. Deeply rooted in the Microsoft ecosystem — Active Directory, Endpoint Configuration Manager, certified MCP and MTCNA — he combines strategic architecture decisions with hands-on execution.
